Eligibility and Referrals

New Hope Automotive provides automotive repair assistance to eligible individuals and families experiencing financial hardship through deeply discounted labor and parts charged at cost. Depending on available donor funding, additional assistance may be available in some cases, and this is determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not currently accept applications or determine eligibility directly through this website.

Individuals interested in receiving assistance must first work with one of our community referral partners:

• Community Catalyst / Bethel Suites
• The Salvation Army

These organizations will conduct the initial eligibility screening and, when appropriate, refer qualified clients to New Hope Automotive.

A referral does not guarantee that repairs will be approved or completed. Assistance is based on available funding, donated parts, facility availability, volunteer capacity, and the type and extent of repairs required.
