Our Process: Once we receive your completed eligibility form, we will reach out to you to discuss your situation. We will need to know where you are located, what vehicle you have (Year/Make/Model/VIN number), what you have been told is wrong with it – along with copies of any estimates you have already received. After we take a look at your information, we will schedule getting the vehicle to us for an inspection and diagnosis of the problem. The inspection/diagnosis is to verify what is wrong with the vehicle, as well as make sure that it is going to be safe once it is on the road.
If we determine that the vehicle can be repaired and made safe for a reasonable cost, we will provide you with a written estimate of services. Our labor charge is $20 per hour, and we will get you parts at cost. This is much less expensive than retail auto shops where labor charges can range from $150/hour to $225+/hour. Due to the fluctuating cost and availability of parts, the written estimate will be good for 30 days from the date you receive it.
Sometimes the cost of repairs and making the vehicle safe exceeds the value of the vehicle. We will make all attempts to repair the vehicle and make it safe for you and everyone else on the road, but sometimes that is not possible. If we determine that it is not possible, we will try to assist you in locating a replacement vehicle and try to connect you with services in the area that may be able to help.
If you have any questions at all, please reach out to [email protected]
We look forward to hearing from you!
